File Specifications The SIS User Guide contains the approved file layouts for the exchange of student registration information. The Course/Mark User Guide contains the approved file layouts for the exchange of diploma exam registration and course information. All schools, jurisdictions (and their software support vendors) must submit their data in these formats. The SIS User Guide and the Course/Mark User Guide are located in the School Information Package below.

This report provides a student's full course history and is intended for personal use by students only. Please remind students that they may also request Statements of Courses and Marks and pay outstanding Diploma Examination rewrite fees electronically by accessing the Transcripts site.
