The Fine Arts encompass art, drama and music in which students are involved as creators, performers, historians, critics and consumers. These programs enable students to enhance the depth and breadth of their expression and intuitive response to the fine arts.

Curriculum Handbooks for Parents and Curriculum Summaries – find a summary of what students are expected to learn and be able to do – designed specifically for parents.
Connection: Information for Teachers – find updates on curriculum, resources and a range of other topics. Published in October, January and May.
Focus on Inquiry, 2004 – find information and supports for implementing inquiry-based learning activities in the classroom. This guide is designed to assist teachers working on their own or in teams, with or without the support of a teacher-librarian or other library personnel. (1.2 mb)
