Evansdale School
Many Cultures Join Hands |
| Chorus: |
 |
Many years ago there were two cultures
Traveling here by water and land
Look how far we've come since then
Many cultures, join hands. |
Verse 1:
We all come from unique places
With loving friends and families
Traditions, beliefs, different skin
But the same smiling faces.
Verse 2:
Everyone in Evansdale is the same
We all have hearts and feelings
Everyone at Evansdale is accepted
We are all human beings.
| Chorus: |
 |
Many years ago there were two cultures
Traveling here by water and land
Look how far we've come since then
Many cultures, join hands. |
Verse 3:
You can be whoever you want to be
Be proud of who you are
It's OK to be different
You are a shining star.
Verse 4:
We enjoy our heritage
With festivals and fun
Singing, dancing, colours and lights
We celebrate everyone.
| Chorus: |
 |
Many years ago there were two cultures
Traveling here by water and land
Look how far we've come since then
Many cultures, join hands. |
| Bridge: |
 |
Look how far we've come since then
Many cultures, join hands. |
